Cruise line information

May 11, 2008

Some cruise lines require a passport but the majority of the cruiselines don’t if you depart from a USA port and return to a USA port.

All you need right now to enter St. Maarten from your cruise ship is your license and cruise ship card to get on and off the boat.

The rules will probably change sometime soon as a result of the implementations of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative WHTI. So stay tuned here and always ask your cruise line. Best thing is to just get it over with and get a passport.

Please check Cruise Schedules on the home page for all cruiseline arrivals to the St. Maarten Port
