TS Bertha weakens. The third tropical storm of the 2008 Atlantic hurricane season, Cristobal, formed off the U.S. East Coast on Saturday, with gale-force winds and heavy rains expected to lash the Carolinas as the storm grazes the shoreline on a northeasterly path.

Tomorrow night: Some clouds with the chance of a couple showers developing after midnight. Low 79F. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.
Tuesday: A few morning showers. Highs in the upper 80s and lows in the upper 70s.
Wednesday: Some sun with a few showers possible. Highs in the mid 80s and lows in the upper 70s.
Special Features: A strong tropical wave in the western Caribbean is bringing gusty winds to the Cayman Islands and Jamaica this morning, and has potential to develop into a tropical depression or tropical storm later today.
