St. Maarten and Saint Martin Weather

Dolly is downgraded to a depression but the worst is still to come. Flash flood warnings as Dolly keeps dumping torrential rains over Norther Mexico and border of Texas. Another area of disturbance needs to be monitored some 900 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands that has a potential of development and may reach the general Caribbean Basin mid next week.
