TS Fay is drenching Florida and moving at a snail’s pace. The center is just off the coast to the north of Daytona beach and packs 60mph winds and slight strengthening is still possible before it makes a third is it the 4th? landfall in Florida later today.

Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Low 78F. Winds ENE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.
Tomorrow: Sunny and a cloud here and there that could give a sprinkle of rain. High 87F. Winds E at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 30%.
Tomorrow night: Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Low 79F. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.
Saturday: Some sun with a few showers possible. Highs in the upper 80s and lows in the low 80s.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy, chance of showers. Highs in the upper 80s and lows in the low 80s.
Special Features: The Atlantic basin shows two disturbances that may need some monitoring. The first one is some 1000 miles from the Caribbean and shows signs of better organization and the second one is some 700 miles south east of Cape Verde. Both tracks are still unpredictable.
