St. Maarten and Saint Martin Weather

TS Fay is drenching Florida and moving still at a snail’s pace. The center is just on shore north of Flagler Beach moving a 5mph and packs 50mph winds and will loose some of its storm characteristics but is expected to remain a TS through Saturday as it may re-emerge in the Gulf of Mexico.

August 22, 2008 - Today: Mostly sunny skies with a few cloud patches that may produce a shower or two. High 86F. Winds E at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Tonight: Variable clouds with scattered showers. Low 79F. Winds ESE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny but early morning some variable clouds may produce a shower. High 87F. Winds ESE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Tomorrow night: Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Low 79F. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with some scattered showers in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 80s and lows in the low 80s.

Monday: Scattered showers. Highs in the upper 80s and lows in the upper 70s.

Special Features: The Atlantic basin shows two disturbances that may need some monitoring. The first one is some 600 miles east of the Leeward Islands and shows signs of better organization and the second one is some 900 miles south east of Cape Verde. Both tracks are still unpredictable.
