Repair works continue on Simpson Bay Bridge

Repairs to the Simpson Bay Bridge began on July 28th. While most of the structural deficencies carried out by Canadian Central Welding and Iron Works have been repaired the works will continue through the 2nd week of September.
Bridge opening hours for maritime traffic are scheduled as follows:
09:30 am
11:30 am
05:30 pm
Any change in these hours will be announced by the Simpson Bay Lagoon Authority Corporation (SLAC) who has been sending weekly fax/email notifications of these periodic opening times to all facility holders, docks, piers and marinas via email or fax.
