Four Star Cargo announces decreases

Due to the recent recession in Oil Prices Four Star Cargo today announced that its carriers have issued some bunker and fuel surcharge decreases which the comapny is forwarding directly on to its customers.
The company’s release also states that if the oil situation continues to improve additional rate decreases will follow in an effort to stay current with oil Prices.
