• We do not allow to use adult-, illegal-, hate-containing keywords and non-relevant content websites with interests outside of St. Maarten and Saint Martin.

• Your website must be mainly in English or French - unless your site specifically provides information about St. Maarten and Saint Martin in the language target market of your operation. Any adult, warez, MP3s, ROMs, EMUs and other illegal or questionable content in any website, even if the site is compliant to the St. Maarten and Saint Martin Rule, is prohibited of becoming an affiliate, or advertiser.

• ZebraBOT only accepts one account for per company or organization. However you can use this account for as many domains, websites, or web pages as you wish (the only exception is when you deploy a site that uses xml, while the other account uses common affiliate code).

• Spamming is not allowed and will lead to immediate termination of the account.

• Cheaters will be treated with the utmost respect and will receive a boot with all legal recourses we can deploy.

• We reserve the right to cancel your account anytime if malvolent or other non-compliance of the above terms and conditions occurs.

• We accept worldwide webmasters. But we only count traffic from the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom will be accredited.

• All valid clicks must be a result of a user's performing a search by entering the keywords into a search box or clicking on a text link. In other case, the displayed search results have to match the keyword phrase being searched. Any Web page that contains a Paid Link must be displayed only after a query has been made by a User.

• To prevent fraud clicks, Only one click from the Unique ip during 24 hours will be accredited and eligible for payment. If the same ip clicks occur several times during that 24 hour period, only 3 clicks will be accredited for that IP address.

• All the clicks from an open proxy will not be accredited and will not receive any comnpensation.
