PORTRAIT OF THE ARTIST:
Lynn has been residing and sculpting on French St. Martin and on the neighbouring island of Saba, NA since 1976. His original works are on exhibition at the Lynn Studio, in the heart of Grand Case, St. Martin, and at the Lynn Gallery, Windwardside, Saba, N.A.

While his sculpture is represented in private collections worldwide, one of his classics has become a tourist landmark in Marigot, the capital of French St. Martin. Strategically positioned at the roundabout near the Marigot marketplace sits a dominant sculpture of a Caribbean woman in typical attire and in her lap, fruit held in the fabric of her skirt. It’s a remarkable piece that has become a legend of market life admired by tourists year round. This sculpture is a legacy to Martin’s artistic theme of island life and island sociology.
